Cookie Notice — CHEOLO
How CHEOLO uses necessary sign-in cookies, security storage and consent choices, with no misleading tracking claims.
Version: 18 October 2026 — prelaunch draft
What cookies do on CHEOLO
Cookies are small pieces of data that a website may store in a browser. Similar browser-storage mechanisms can hold security or interface information. CHEOLO needs some of these technologies for login, session continuity, fraud prevention and secure movement between protected pages. Necessary technologies can ordinarily operate without marketing-cookie consent when the applicable requirements are met.
Strictly necessary functions
Authentication credentials and signed session identifiers let CHEOLO recognize a returning, signed-in member. Security tokens, anti-abuse controls, temporary form state and infrastructure cookies may support account protection and reliable service operation. Deleting these may sign you out or interrupt a form. Exact cookie names, suppliers, lifespan and domains must reflect the final deployed build; cookie behavior can differ between private staging and the public site.
Analytics and advertising
The reviewed prelaunch policy did not describe third-party advertising or behavioral targeting cookies. That does not prove a future deployment contains no nonessential cookies. If CHEOLO introduces optional analytics, embedded third-party services, advertising or marketing tags, it must explain them and obtain legally required consent before storage or access. Refusing optional tracking must not prevent you from using necessary free features.
Your choices
You can delete or restrict cookies through your browser, although necessary account functions may stop working. Where a consent tool is required, the site must provide an equally accessible way to change or withdraw the choice. A general link to browser settings is not a substitute for a legally required consent mechanism.
Changes and contact
Cookie names, providers, purposes and retention periods must be checked using a production-browser scan and updated if services change. Questions about storage or privacy: support@cheolo.com. Read the Privacy Policy.
