Cancel Your CHEOLO Premium Subscription

Cancelling future renewal should be straightforward. Once Premium subscriptions go live, the website must provide a clearly labelled cancellation button accessible without unnecessary obstacles. You will be asked to identify the relevant membership, review the effective date and confirm the cancellation. CHEOLO will issue a durable electronic acknowledgement with the time and effect of the request.

Stopping renewal prevents further charges for later periods. The terms shown at purchase determine how long access to already-paid features continues, subject to mandatory consumer rights. Cancelling does not require deleting your account or losing the free features available to members. A cancellation request and an immediate statutory withdrawal are different actions.

Write to support@cheolo.com with your account email and any available subscription reference. We will use a secure verification process to identify the subscription without asking for a full card number or password. Where applicable, the public legal cancellation flow must still comply with §312k BGB and cannot be made dependent on an inaccessible member login.
