Features available in the basic experience
You can create a profile, add travel destinations and dates, explore compatible member suggestions, publish or discover permitted trips, communicate with mutual matches, and use essential safety controls such as reporting, blocking and privacy settings. Some request limits and discovery features may vary by tier; the live plan comparison will show exact entitlements before any purchase.
What an optional Premium subscription may include
Premium functionality in the tested prelaunch software includes increased conversation-request limits, additional profile-visitor insights, viewing who liked you, advanced discovery filters, private browsing and more immediate travel alerts, subject to the final approved product configuration. Feature availability and limits must be confirmed by the live plan comparison at purchase time. A filter cannot override another member's visibility or meeting preferences.
No access to people can be bought
Paying does not let you message someone who has blocked you, force a reply, see hidden private information, avoid safety restrictions or claim a verified identity. CHEOLO does not sell dates, companions, personal contact information or travel reservations.
Transparent subscriptions
Premium is not currently available for live purchase. When sales open, the checkout must display the actual tax-inclusive price, currency, monthly renewal date, billing frequency and cancellation arrangements before payment. No test card, mock transaction or sandbox result is a real purchase. The provider must approve CHEOLO's travel and dating model before live payments begin.
Cancelling or withdrawing
You must be able to stop future renewal through Cancel a Subscription. Eligible consumers may also have a separate 14-day Right of Withdrawal. Read our Refund and Cancellation Policy for how disputes, duplicate charges and defective service are handled.
