Right of Withdrawal — CHEOLO

If you are a consumer and enter into an eligible CHEOLO Premium distance contract, you generally have the right to withdraw from that contract within 14 days, without giving a reason. The withdrawal period normally begins on the day the contract is concluded. This is distinct from cancelling future renewals.

To exercise your right, send an unambiguous statement of your decision to withdraw to support@cheolo.com. You may also use the online Withdraw from contract function when Premium sales become active. It must let you identify the contract, send the withdrawal and immediately receive confirmation on a durable medium, such as email.

You can use the following wording: “I hereby withdraw from my CHEOLO Premium contract. The account email is [your account email]. The contract or payment reference is [reference, if known].” You do not need to give a reason. Sending the request before the deadline is generally sufficient to meet the withdrawal period.

Where withdrawal is effective, CHEOLO must refund payments it is required by law to return, generally within 14 days of receiving the notice, using the original payment method unless a lawful alternative is expressly agreed without additional cost to you. Any legally valid proportionate compensation for performance that you expressly requested during the withdrawal period can be applied only where all statutory conditions are met. CHEOLO will not assert an automatic loss of the withdrawal right merely because you signed in or used one Premium feature.
