Withdraw from your CHEOLO Premium contract

Consumers who buy an eligible Premium subscription online generally have 14 days to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason. Withdrawal is different from cancelling future renewals.

Current status: No live CHEOLO Premium subscriptions are available for purchase. The form below already records withdrawal notices and confirms them by email.

Read the Right of Withdrawal for the legal details, or the Refund and Cancellation Policy. To stop future renewals instead, use Cancel a subscription.

CHEOLO does not currently sell live Premium subscriptions, so no payments are being taken. You can still send a withdrawal here: we record it and confirm it by email.
