Short answers to the questions people ask most about travel dating and about how CHEOLO works.

What is travel dating?

Meeting someone because your travel plans or the experiences you want bring you together, for example two people who both want a sunset dinner in the same town in the same month.

Who can see my travel dates?

Only members who could match with you, and only as much as you allow for each experience: exact dates, the month only, or nothing.

Does sharing an experience mean we are a match?

No. It only shows you want something similar. Contact opens when both people say they are interested.

How are matches chosen?

Both people's preferences must allow it, including who you would like to meet and age ranges. Then shared places, dates, interests and travel style decide the order, and the reasons are shown.

Is my gender shown on my profile?

No. It is private and only used to respect your and other members' choices. We never guess it from photos.

Can I hide my age?

Yes. You can turn off showing your age in your settings. Age ranges still apply to matching.

What happens if I block someone?

They can no longer see you or contact you, and any shared plans or rooms close at once.

Does CHEOLO book trips or restaurants?

No. We help two people agree on a time and a public place. Any booking is your own choice.

What is free and what is Premium?

Profiles, discovery, likes, Rendezvous and every safety tool are free. Premium adds more conversation requests, visitor history and other extras. Premium never buys anyone's consent.
